So the symptoms match the so called "covid" symptoms and effects. Gee, I wonder if there is a connection?🤪

And there's more 🤨
I'm never sick -- I avoid the allopathic system.
Yet I got 'covid' in Jan 2020.
Deep cough, extreme fatigue, lack of oxygen.
Didn't know what it was until the symptoms hit the mainstream in February.
Diatomaceous earth & Vitamin C got me back to work in a week.
Yet still fatigued w/ low oxygen, which progressively worsened. Two months ago was my breaking point -- either die, or get a blood test.
Results -- severe B12 deficiency and dangerously low blood counts.
Now taking B Complex daily -- back to normal before 'covid'.
So I researched it ---
The body requires B12 to make blood. The blood carries oxygen throughout the body; therefore low blood ➡️ low oxygen ➡️ extreme fatigue.
What's more, so many searching for answers to B12 deficiencies (Reddit, Quora, & Amazon comments for B12 supplements).
Why are so many B12 deficient?? 🧐
May be a key here.

I suspect the recommended daily allowance of vitamins is way too low for optimal health. Water soluble vitamins can be taken in megadoses because the body eliminates what is not needed. But, be careful with the fat soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K because they can build up to dangerous levels in the body.
Better sources of vitamins and minerals can be obtained through proper diet. Research for yourself before increasing your vitamin, or food item intakes.

The interesting thing is, I have a proper diet. Rarely eat out, and cook at home. That's why I didn't suspect a deficiency. Something triggered the B12 deficiency and blood volume low enough to experience a lack of oxygen for 4 years -- never had it until 'covid'.
That's why I'm thinking about a possible connection.

Probably. I monitor my bloodwork and have a chest xray if necessary, but try to stay homeopathic for the most part. Cook at home, can our homegrown veggies, and I still have a couple of labs that were abnormal, but I am still working on it. Keep a check on your labs and supplement only if necessary is my motto.

I hadn't had labs in decades until 2 months ago. No trust in the system 😐. Too much profit driven corruption. Many will do almost anything to pad their bills.
