Yeshua is coming back right on time. Not at some random time depending on how the universe acts but a time already pre determined by YHVH. His perfect time. God is in control. He lets us know. You, me, we have no control over it. We only control how we live, act and react. Know how I know? Because I read His word, study and have found that His first coming and going was no random act. Everything happened at a specific time based on His laws and covenants. His Holy Feast Days point the way. His Sabbaths and Jubilees are stone set clues. He wants us to know. Why else would He come down and Hang on the Cross for a lost and dying world? My faith is in Him. Hope this helps.

To me it is fascinating to see the timing of things in the bible. Connecting the prophesies to the times mentioned and seeing that God has a precise plan. From the importance of the dream interpreted in Daniel to the revelation of the New Covenant spoken of in Jeremiah, to the significance of the destruction of Jerusalem in AD 70, and so forth; how everything connects is truly divine. Sadly too many are not taught even the most basic of these things, like the difference of the old and new covenants, why it was necessary for God Himself to manifest as a man and fullfill the Old Covenant and the amazing gift of the New Covenant. Most are not taught that Jesus taught and spoke as a Jewish man under the law. Most do not understand why God graciously gave humanity a New Covenant. These truths, once learned truly sets people free from the bondage of religion and opens up each heart to a endearing relationship with our Creator!

My understanding is Jesus was born of Jewish parents and raised according to the law of Moses. His parents followed the laws, customs, festivals, 8th day circumcision and dedication etc. Traveling to the temple in Jerusalem to do so. Jesus taught under these customs, laws and attended these required festivals during his time on earth. The New Covenant went into affect once His blood was shed and He fullfilled the requirements of the Law. Jesus traveled all around the region teaching first the jews in their synagogues. Then Paul was sent to teach the gentiles, who were not under the law, the New Covenant of grace. During the 40 days Jesus was appearing to His disciples before His ascension He taught them the New Covenant as well so they too could teach it to others. That is a nutshell version. 😇

I didn't come to abolish the LAW, I came to fulfill it. New Covenant. Fulfill means completed, done. If the LAW was getting the job done, Jesus would not have had to come or die.
