The Building in Fl was an obvious controlled demolition. It collapsed in the center first in order to prevent the whole collapse from going either direction and hitting nearby buildings. Obviously wanted to not take the whole building down.
If it was because of the "sinkhole" then the whole building would have all collapsed in the same direction.
