Try heat to the areas, and try gentle stretches to help relax the nerves. Nerve pain is the worst type of pain. A warm soaking bath may help and rubbing castor oil over the areas as well. Prayers for your healing. 🙏

Revoked his nursing license for violating his oath to do no harm. These "nurses" cannot be trusted and are a liability to hire IMO. As a long time nurse that included management experience I would not hire any nurse who would wish harm for any reason. 😲

IMHO, the NFL is very compromised by evil. Money invariably corrupts. NFL "stars" are for the most part no different than the Hollywood "stars."
