Yep. Trying to help others suffering from depression that came on like a storm. It is hard to know how to help! I don’t feel 100% like myself either but I try my best not to let my mind trick me into getting too blue. Gotta fight that mess. My niece had a baby boy this morning that entered the world screaming at the top of his lungs… I thought, “that a boy!” 🤣
