I went to our local pet helpers the next day w my daughter and volunteered.it took about 2 weeks for our forever friend to choose us..and then she came home with us 3 days later..best decision ever

I started this a.m. and have found that when you do it voluntarily and drink plenty of fluids..its not bad at all. the key is to sleep late , go to bed early and stay mentally busy
