YES! Exactly like Grim Reaper! Why did that happen to us?

I had night terrors to, small dark figures and I felt like i was paralyzed, ones in awhile I still have them im not scared.They say you have to face youre nightmares or night terrors. In my late 20s, one time I had a bad case if night terror, I read in a book to face them, so Im having a real bad case of nigh terror that night, in the middle of it Im half asleep and have awake in my mined I scream to this thing, WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT❗️well everything stopped the thing stopped it looked at me and started balling crying, I held it like a baby started rocking it like a child in my arms🤔The funny part of this, The thing the night terror it was ME I WAS LOOKING AT MYSELF🤯😳I was going through some hard inner times in my life, I was questioning my life🤔I was Waking up Spiritually at that time in my life I was questioning Life God and Spirituality🙏🏽

'Night terrors' occur in basically the same bodily state as out of body experiences. It's an elevated 'vibrational' state. If you can get over your fear during those occurences, you can leave your body and travel in the spiritual plane. It's very easy to induce that state of mind. I used to get the night terrors too- especially during my partying days when I'd stay out drinking and possibly took a nap in the afternoon- or if I was exceptionally tired out.
Later when I learned how to induce an out of body experience, I immediately recognized what it was.
There's a simple procedure to induce that vibrational state- After I did it a handful of times, I quit, I got the answer to the question I was looking for I guess (long story)- but I don't think it's probably a good idea to separate your body from your soul without knowing what you are doing.
