Same here Brandy. We are making every effort to eat a clean diet without processed foods. It is not easy to find pure foods and it takes time and effort, but it is worth it. We rarely eat out as well. We never ( for the last 8 years) eat fast food. We drink pure filtered alkaline water with organic fresh squeezed lemon juice, never ever soda. My husband and I are both 76 and very physically active and rarely get sick. Supporting our natural immune system is a must. 😇
That’s wonderful! Great job! So do you make everything or to you still eat canned organic things like organic tomato products? I would like to do the same and am buying local produce boxes from local farms and searching for the best local organic meats.

I’m still seeing chem trails my dogs have been sick with the runs real bad my sister dog and they haven’t been around each other my grand daughter dogs had to be put down for the same reason I got sick with stomach issues just like the dogs . Grand daughter lives 4 hrs away . Just saying something is still going on . Thanks for info Mike 🕊🙏🏼💖🙌🏼
