Same here Brandy. We are making every effort to eat a clean diet without processed foods. It is not easy to find pure foods and it takes time and effort, but it is worth it. We rarely eat out as well. We never ( for the last 8 years) eat fast food. We drink pure filtered alkaline water with organic fresh squeezed lemon juice, never ever soda. My husband and I are both 76 and very physically active and rarely get sick. Supporting our natural immune system is a must. 😇

WOW, he is a god sent to all of us......our food is bad.....went grocery with hubby in toe, and he said it is agony to shop with me....I have to read every label and if it is bad I will not buy it....hubby says I am starving him, so I have to cook more homemade food....even the fur-babies eat home cooked food....
