Well they just took $4,000 out of my checking account recently whether there is a law or not they seized my account and took the funds so whatever the law is they will still take your money.

It is true that taxes are indeed unconstitutional, but you forget, the America its citizens believe ceased to exist after the assassination of Lincoln and the crowning of Washington DC as the new capital of U.S.A Inc. When the original capital was Philadelphia. The final nail in the coffin came in 1913 and in 1973 the dream ended.
