Also, if the Cabal is “being allowed” to do this, why would “the Plan” have [them] permitting the use of any digital currency but theirs? This aspect doesn’t make sense.
(I stand by what I am saying - I don’t see how allowing the Cabal to move forward with something so punative to everyone who has resisted up to now is going to wake up “sleepers” who comply with everything?).

Why would the gov/treasury/whatevs want the cash back that has been looted? They are all part of the looting. Regardless, the people will be screwed as the dollar crashes. I don't know any local farmers that want xrp but pretty sure they recognize a kennedy 64 half and will trade me for eggs and hamburger. The tax man never touches it. The government never touches it. Whatever comes after doesn't matter if you freeze or starve to death first with your ledger in hand.

This explanation is logical to me, but tutorial or no, there are some very good, very awake people out their who need a clear sign that there has been a transition away from Cabal constructs - especially around finance and money.
It would be wrong, in my estimation (I would never purposefully speak for anyone else), to turn this into a guessing game (not implying at all that you are saying this 🙂), where people who guess right avoid the Cabal CBDC trap.
It just seems necessary for there to be some definitive endings of things Cabal for people to trust. For example - I won’t trust a digital currency while the likes of Biden, Trudeau, Macron (or the people playing these monsters) are still visibly and publicly entrenched in their positions (even if the Cabal had been taken out; excepting the lower echelon minions who are clinging to life). But what I would expect is, of course, irrelevant. The Plan is The Plan - I get that (and continue to trust).
VK, what happens to the actual ca$h and metals that people have been squirrelling away for a few years ? Does the bag of physical ca$h go back to the bank and put into account then withdrawl for XRP ?
