How do you actually know what is being sprayed in the air?

I was out one day about 2 years ago, had a plane go overhead, and smelled Chlorine Dioxide being sprayed which I use often and I know the smell very well.

The simple fact is any "tech" can be used for harm or good, and the Cabal was not only spraying us with Barium and Aluminum (Ba-Al) but also with graphene oxide and parasites and one thing that counters (destroys) graphene oxide is Chlorine Dioxide (MMS) and it also kills parasites.
