Looks like maybe there is something to this "Sugar Theory"
29 1/2. I tried. I really tried. I promise I tried. Ahh well....close. I'll take close.
... vest and start over.
I don't have any date assigned to my goal, and I guess you're supposed to associate dates with goals. Ah well, me and Father Time have been at war with each other for my entire life. No sense giving up the fight at this point!! LOL ...

Right on!! Hear hear!!!
Told ya: backwards. 28 1/2. I did eat a bunch of sugary food yesterday. McDonald's, sorry to say. I wonder if that's what it is. I need to study this issue more intently. I think I'll make a spreadsheet. This might be interesting.

Let's see if I can pick the right photo today (push-up vs. pull up). I keep getting that mixed up!!

5) The military is doing this to keep everybody calm, to prevent riots, civil wars, etc. etc. so they can operate in an atmosphere of calm, precise, quiet justice.
6) Trump will be inaugurated on March 4th for a 2nd Term, officially, AFTER the military coordinates and oversees a new, verified, authentic election (proof of citizenship, positive ID, blockchain ballots, etc.).

3 again today. I would guess I'm on about week#8 here. So maybe 14 more to go to get a bump up to 4. We'll see.
... 3 to 4 is 33%, THAT MEANS it WILL AND SHOULD take me 22 WEEKS to go from 3 to 4. THAT'S MY EPIPHANY!! WILD, HUH? I THINK SO!! Also encouraging on one level. Discouraging on another. I *SHALL* persist, which eliminates the level at which is it discouraging.
Update about today's session in comments.

MINIMAL weight loss. Around 10 lbs. WHAT does that tell you? What does that tell you?!! Huh?!! Huh?!! SUPER WOW!! SUPER EXCITING!!!

30 again today. No complaints. Always like to get a bump, but I'll be happy with "strong and steady". STILL don't know why I got knocked back from 31 to 28 1/2. I'm assuming it was the sugar overload in the absence of a different, better theory.
Maybe it's the ketones. Something else to consider. Or maybe the intermittent fasting. Fasting is said to induce HGH (Human Growth Hormone) production.
Anyway, I'll post today's results in the comments below.

wanted (including sweets). Then when I got back on it after the holidays I suffered NO setback at all. None.
So was it not the Sugar Feast that set me back 10%? Or was the food I ate over the holidays OK because it wasn't INTENSE sweets, they were balanced with other food?
I honestly don't know. I'm trying to figure this out. Not sure I ever will, or even if there is even any identifiable causes/effects involved. Could be more esoteric: the barometric pressure, the stars, etc. Who knows. I'm enjoying the intellectual challenge of it all, though.
Trying to get back on KETO.

29. Still struggling to get back to where I was before the Sugar Feast.
I.E., from 30 to 31, from 31 to 32, etc.
I find this to be very interesting. All of it. Can't wait to learn more about it.
My performance-progress today in comments below.

... Put me back 10% (from 31 to 28 1/2). Can you believe that?!!
I'd have to see it happen again to REALLY believe it. But it's pretty compelling even at this point.
When I'm not recovering from a setback like this, I seem to make about 3% progress every 2 weeks. ...

30 1/2. SLowly working my way back to 31, which is where I was before I participated in that Giant Sugar Feast of s'mores, hot chocolate and the like. How amazing that one Sugar Feast could set me back 6% or so (from 31 to 29).
Goal is 50, the to get a 50-lb weighted vest and start over.
