car accidents affect the spine. even minor accidents. when the spine is out of alignment even the smallest amount, it can either send painful signals from the area of the spine affected or shut down or compress the nerves affected even including minor nerves. deep rooted nerves without you even knowing there was some damage. it does not repair itself if the spine stays out of alignment. it happened to me as a child. i was fine but things showed up as i grew, strength in my legs was not optimal even tho i was a bike rider and my muscles were hard as a rock. other things started to show up. giving birth was easy.i didnt feel contractions and pain . my fear? not knowing i was in labor and spitting the kid out at the mall!!! have your children checked by a chiro. how many visits depends on how many years of damage. you cannot expect your body to respond immediately and stay that way if it was injury from 30 years ago. you can expect resolution however..
