Retired AirForce here. That is a C-130 aircraft. H-model to be specific; can tell from the sound of the engines. Been around since early 1950's and is the backbone of every tactical airlift in theatre since.

"Cash-on-Hand" can mean whatever you want it to mean. In my case, I mean stacks of Silver, Lead, and trading goods though I admit it was entirely vague in my OP. As far as the fiat, taking it OUT of the bank would do nothing but hurt the bank itself, as they rely upon your fiat being with them. Ergo, both options are the smart endeavor, no?

Astute observation. This is due to , in part, of this site not being too well known I'd suspect. I just found out about it just today and located many of my previous favorite follows from Twatter before I was banned (for the 4th and last time) during the great purge of Jan 2020. Hadn't gotten on Social media since.
Just getting started again so we'll see how this one goes.
