There really aren't actors putting on masks every day for many years to fool the entire world as some kind of White Hat "devolution" show. There's a more sinister show taking place, beyond what some people can handle.
The mask theory is tied to a much larger theory that everything is scripted and staged, and that White Hats are doing bad things because they've already defeated evil and are playing both sides. It's ironic because that's exactly what the cabal does.
