Same here. Very detailed. My boyfriend said that he hears me answering questions and talking while sleeping, and one of the times I said wait I thought I was talking to you & we were awake? He said no you woke me up while you were talking. Soo weird.
I used to be a people pleaser and could not say no. It was miserable, and added so much unecessary stress to my life. Learning to say no, has brought soo much relief to me. All she has to do is try it once, and then it gets easier 😊
I cleaned out my closet over the weekend too:)
