Hi Rochelle, no heavy feeling at all. We (my family) all experienced, body aches, and cold like symptoms, and all experienced being really tired for several weeks up to a few months. I get a lot of sun, always have. However, thanks for the tip on the cod liver oil :)

MY mom told me she was sick of watching the bad news on TV. That was sweet music to my ears. So now she is listen to music most of the time. They are waking up, slowly but surely.

thank you, me too, my mom got her last three month the last few days of the year, so thankful for that. She cannot afford what she pays for now and its 126 every three months. Many people are upset about it and should be. Praying for got to intervene on their behalf. This is not a luxury item, it is a most needed item. :/

My mom can only take one kind of insulin, and they do not carry this at walmart. And this is also the case with many people.

so sorry. I am in Tennessee, we have been dealing with ice and big limbs breaking all day long. Temps will be in single digits tonight and more icy conditions heading this way. If we lose power, we have nothing to heat with at all. Saying a prayer for your son and family.
