Or don’t eat processed food. Get back to basics. Get a good local source for meats and dairy. Farmers market fruits, vegetables and bread or grow your own. Occasionally Make your own pastas, breads, baked goods with high quality non-processed grains either grind yourself, order from other countries. The rest of that stuff isn’t food it will not nourish and heal your body so who cares how they make it or what they put in it. Just don’t eat it. I get a quarter a cow a year from a place that buys it when I pay and raises it the way I want it fed. Dairy from a local dairy near me. Produce from local farmers. Breads and baked goods from a local bakery that grinds grains and uses minimal ingredients. Eggs from friends with chickens. What else do I need?

I’ve been preaching from the rooftops 80% of the stuff in stores isn’t real food. This was a great way to spread the word. The 20% that is slightly processed has still had chemicals added. I just eat as clean as I can and ask God to bless it to the nourishment of my body. When I learned everything going on with food 25 years ago I realized until everything is cleaned up, unless I get a farm and grow all my own food there’s no way to get away from the crap. Even then you have the water and the chemtrails.

I literally just got the chills reading this and I also went for a walk and I am drinking lots of clean filtered water. Thank you for sharing. I always feel better when I am out in nature.🙏❤️

In an effort to explain, perhaps this was really there at least advertised as a book (or perhaps a comm to direct action in the illuminati games), and maybe it was captured in screen shots dutifully, so it may have also been removed.
