👍 This has more or less been 'the norm' for me for yrs, eating one meal a day, not braking my fast until the evening, and then it's with mostly organic veg and good-ish stuff, suits me fine🙂.

He survived a brutal treatment of stage 3b testicular cancer in his early 20’s, and just last month we found out he has colon cancer at age 40. He has surgery this Friday 10/21 at 7am pst.
