Add some lemonade to the water, just make sure it's real lemonade and over time use less and less lemonade. It works and your body gets used to the hydration and craves it. Also be aware if you feel hungry after you ate a meal not long ago as it is probably thirst, so drink up and feel full.

I went to buy eggs from an Amish house and the lady let me step inside. It was the cleanest house I'd ever been in. The furniture and floors polished to a sparkle. Baked good on the table. She was beaming with pride.

If getting the rabies or any vax for pets make sure it's mercury free. Find a vet that gives those and do the three year rabies vax.
