Imagine the worst muscle spasms you could have. Imagine having those on your neck and shoulders. Yep that's the pain I'm having from the radiofrequencies on my neck. I'm in some major pain. It is a tiny bit better this morning, but I spent all day yesterday laying down with ice packs on my neck. And they say this can take up to 6 weeks to heal. Add sciatica to the pain and I'm suffering a LOT! Please pray for me.

Try heat to the areas, and try gentle stretches to help relax the nerves. Nerve pain is the worst type of pain. A warm soaking bath may help and rubbing castor oil over the areas as well. Prayers for your healing. 🙏
