The reason for the season indeed.

Put up the dang Christmas tree. Took 2 hours to figure out the lights. Me and mom started arguing. We took the the tree down and threw it back in the box. We walked away and when we came back a few minutes later, it was up again. Our housemate, our Jewish housemate, decided that he wanted to help us. So, thankfully he figured out the lights and long story short, the tree is up. Next year, we're just doing the nativity scene like they do in Italy.
