Yessssss! I've been bogged down for a while now with emotions and heaviness and procrastination. Last night, I prepped for a few chores and today I got a lot done. I feel lighter today and less twisted up. Tomorrow I hope to get into my yard and garden for some winter prep and to enjoy the sun - sending you all good vibes!!🌼

Sorry, I don't have pics but I grew spring bush beans, peas - tomatoes and herbs all summer - now I have more peas and bush beans, zucchini, yellow squash and butternut going. Also just planted beets, turnips, radishes, carrots and lettuces/spinach. Have some seedlings started inside for cabbage, chard, collards and brussels sprouts. Hopefully fall will be good. Everything is planted in pots or fabric containers. The heat makes it a struggle for me but I'm still trying!

I just ate my first homegrown tomato sandwich tonight - it was delish! Also, I finished my first crocheted blanket today (self taught this month) and gave it to my 83 yr old mom (she is always cold in the AC) - she said it's gorgeous!

I've read that too... J.R. Liggett's has a website - shampoo bars are 6 or 7 bucks (cheaper than anyone else). They also have a conditioner and pet shampoos. And they are a long standing American company - I haven't found any negatives about them thus far.
I'm currently experimenting with making my own laundry soap with natural soap, washing soda and borax - it works well but I haven't figured out the magic to get it to a smooth consistency.

I can usually find Dr. Bronner's in the pharmacies near me - Walgreens, CVS and if I have to...Walmart. I really like J.R. Liggett's shampoo bars (harder to find but worth it) I have straight fine hair down to my butt and this stuff makes it as clean as when I was a little girl and I don't need conditioner anymore. My husband and mother have decided they like it too.

May I ask where you are sourcing your quinine from? My mom has fibromyalgia and restless legs - she drinks tonic but I was under the impression that we couldn't get quinine supplements here in US
