Somewhere I read that you should drink a cup of water for every 20 minutes that you're in there. I have mine set at 95 right now cause I like to get in after I work in my garden/yard - it cools me down and eases my busted back. It's currently cooler than normal here on NC coast so I've been bumping the temp up while I'm in there.

A friend was in Florida this past week - they drove to the keys for the day and on the drive to return home, were stuck in traffic for 5 hours due to wildfires. LOL thats me now! My pit bull sits at our dinner table every night and eats her food out of a dinnerware bowl. The previous pit bull did the same thing until she passed at 14. Current pup is 6 and has sat with us since the day she came home at 3 1/2 months old. Occasionally, my tabby coon cat will sit with us in his own chair too! But he hasn't mastered how to eat from the table - he takes it to the floor.

Yessssss! I've been bogged down for a while now with emotions and heaviness and procrastination. Last night, I prepped for a few chores and today I got a lot done. I feel lighter today and less twisted up. Tomorrow I hope to get into my yard and garden for some winter prep and to enjoy the sun - sending you all good vibes!!🌼

Sorry, I don't have pics but I grew spring bush beans, peas - tomatoes and herbs all summer - now I have more peas and bush beans, zucchini, yellow squash and butternut going. Also just planted beets, turnips, radishes, carrots and lettuces/spinach. Have some seedlings started inside for cabbage, chard, collards and brussels sprouts. Hopefully fall will be good. Everything is planted in pots or fabric containers. The heat makes it a struggle for me but I'm still trying!

I just ate my first homegrown tomato sandwich tonight - it was delish! Also, I finished my first crocheted blanket today (self taught this month) and gave it to my 83 yr old mom (she is always cold in the AC) - she said it's gorgeous!
