Just like there's a world of difference between constructive criticism being conflated with hatred, the same is true for healhty skepticism being labeled as conspiracy theory.
It's the non-thinkers that are uninterested in finding truth usually out of fear of being ridiculed, ostricized or taking a hit on self-image that exude cowardice when they pivot to safe group think that are the lesser persons within any society.

Tractor Supply
I feel a bit sorry for Tractor Supply because they're being forced and strong-armed via Blackrock / Vanguard to accept communist ESG / DEI policies.
In a truly free market based on competition and quality of product or service, ESG & DEI would be a voluntary opt in, opt out choice without consequences.
As it stands, if a company refuses to participate in ESG they can experience this -
1. Limited Access to Capital
2. Loss of Investor Support
3. Regulatory Scrutiny
4. Increased Costs
5. Bankruptcy
That's not a free market and it sure as heck doesn't reflect the spirit or intent of freedom to choose.
Not sure what they can do but the inevitable outcome for any business will be to get "Bud Lighted / Go Woke, Go Broke Boycotted" and I'm 100% onboard.
ESG and DEI are about power and control, not the environment, not diversity and definitely not about freedom.
