Part of the problem is that when I was a teenager there was Jim Beam. Now how many flavors do they have and those stupid beam and coke type cocktails. They over extended themselves. Kids today don't even know how to drink beer. They drink alcohol tea and the such.

I either eat one meal or four or five small snacks like a string cheese or one slice of meat. I wrestled when a kid and ate this way to get to weight. When I was over weight I ate 3 large meals with bread at every meal. No matter what I was eating bread and butter. I think they used to call the way I eat caveman diet.

I hope the time is here. I'm a Vet with seizures. I know I have to wait for limbs and such but to have my memory back. And finally have my destroyed back and seizures where I can go back to school and learn a trade again will be awesome. I'm looking forward to having some muscle back to. I was a homeless vet living in a hotel till my fellow Marine a Vietnam vet then VA psych Dr till Covid. The first Dr I opened up to. He got my disabilities above 70 and 40 percent. So I'm paid 100 percent under the 70/40 unemployable program. The VA doesn't talk about that program. A lot of veterans could benefit and not be homeless with this rating program. The whole pay scale and rating system is obsolete.
