I wear progressive lenses in my glasses because of seizures. Haven't had but one since started Jan 2nd 2022. But take off everyday when outside grounding. I think grounding is very important too.

I don't know the sound frequency my wife does. But everyone should do it to water. I take seizure meds use the restroom and it goes right to the treatment plant where they don't filter out everyone's medication. Your drinking big pharma! Even bottle water.

I lived in the city next to a tower.. VA had me on tramadol and ssri that they said gave me the seizures I have had for about 8 or 9 years now. They immediately increase me to 100% rated disability permanent. President Trump got me to UC Cincinnati Nuerologist and I haven't had but one since Jan 2nd 2022.
