Sunglasses block rays for the pineal gland. Don't know how many times I've been out at the beach or a pool and people say why don't you wear sunglasses.

I live in AZ at altitude, I used to wear sunglasses all the time.

Then, while lunging my horse, I realized I could influence his reactions, by my gaze.

With glasses on, he could not see where I was looking, once I took them off, communication was much clearer

Then I saw information re the pineal gland, and that reinforced the removal all the more.

I gave up sunglasses about 3 years ago when I learned this. The eyes adjust very quickly. It is amazing how much I enjoy seeing the world in real light. The only time I wear sunglasses is if there is harsh glare while driving to be safe, and in snowsports like skiing in bright sunlight. It is quite relaxing, and you can wear a hat or visor as well to help as you get used to going without sunglasses. 😇

I wear progressive lenses in my glasses because of seizures. Haven't had but one since started Jan 2nd 2022. But take off everyday when outside grounding. I think grounding is very important too.
