Take your mum out and get her home to recover from the fall. I know this from sad experience. If you are in the States, medicare will cover the physical therapist and nurse to come to your house. She is at risk not being home.

She needs someone to help her 24/7 now. Will they cover that? There are 3 of us, each with a different angle to help her but I feel like I need to start making calls. We're on the East Coast. Yes, whomever the social worker at the hospital who auth’d discharge orders to the rehab center should have advised you that you could have gone home and have a PT and a nurse visit. Your county’s Elder Care dept may offer a few hours of free help at home (light cleaning, meal prep, assistance to the loo, etc.). If family can cover some shifts, great. There are l lot of nurses who refused to ge jabbed, lost their jobs, and wouuld love to help your mom. List your needs on NextDoor. ❤️
