I use to be a Systems Analyst for the State working on the Welfare Re-Payment System. A system that tracked the Welfare people who were caught defrauding the system and had to pay it back.

The amounts owed were staggering. What was worst is that the Judges amounts that they were ordered to pay back monthly, was so tiny that they would NEVER pay it back in their lifetime
