The one I saw was by Dallas daily city or by Austin - I been there 4 times and can't remember which trip it was????

Interesting. I'm dialing it in now. The pond seems to be part of the complex. I wonder if it has 'cooling' purposes? And some other building off aways the other direction that seems part of the facility as well. It's actually quite a complex.

Go visit sometime............ there are so many "odd" things in Texas - you will loose track - and stop counting............ ;0).
I just wonder what happens to that place when lightening storm goes through...
