That one in Texas is the only one I've seen like that but I thought that one was out quite a ways from any city or highways?

The one I saw was by Dallas daily city or by Austin - I been there 4 times and can't remember which trip it was????

I don't remember it was awhile back and I'm not sure which of the trips is was for work and I was not driving just looking out the window of the vehicle. It was like 5 to 10 years ago.

It's been there for awhile. Never seen one anywhere else and I traveled all over. Mostly in the PNW and west coast.
