I've taken to including Maca root (related to ginseng apparently) into my morning smoothie .. which comes in different colors. Red, black, and yellow .. each w/ different properties according to the indigenous Peruvians who've been using it for centuries.

I just saw neem mentioned the other day ... wasn't aware of it as a nutraceutical.
I wonder if it's the same source that "Neem oil", a natural garden pest repellant I've used, is derived from?
