Proper hydration with alkaline water is imperative. One ounce per kilogram of body weight per day. ( Divide weight by 2.2 to get kilograms) Most people are chronically dehydrated because of lack of WATER. Our bodies are 70% WATER.
Get a non BPA water bottle and fill it up first thing in the morning. Keep it with you and drink it throughout the day. Refill and drink some more. You will be amazed at the change.
Eating out? Skip the soda and drink water with lemon. A bonus: you will save money by driniking water!
