What difference does it make to swear them in on the steps of the Supreme Court .v. the steps of the Capitol? An oath is an oath which the Biden admin. will break anyway.

Can SCOTUS actually preside over cases pertaining to treason?
Could John Roberts even be trusted w/such info?
What if SCOTUS does not have that info, or worse, have swept it under the rug?
If the insurrection act was signed that puts the country in the Militarys hands not trumps I believe ran by Flynn. That means you go up against a Military Court, not Scotus or Gov. judges. I would think if Military has the information and it was Treason they are done

it just doesn't make sense to have 30k or more armed NG for a virtual inauguration. now trump going on to say he won and the fraud was proven and people have been arrested will cause a riot and that makes sense for the NG but not this thing with Biden

I am a fair minded individual about these sorts of things. The media claim the reason for the NG is to quell any attacks by so-called Trump supporters which they believe could range in several thousand armed so-called insurrectionists but Trump supporters have been warned that calls for armed protests are false flags meant to set them up and have been warned to not attend such protests. We will see what happens.
