What difference does it make to swear them in on the steps of the Supreme Court .v. the steps of the Capitol? An oath is an oath which the Biden admin. will break anyway.

Can SCOTUS actually preside over cases pertaining to treason?
Could John Roberts even be trusted w/such info?
What if SCOTUS does not have that info, or worse, have swept it under the rug?

If the insurrection act was signed that puts the country in the Militarys hands not trumps I believe ran by Flynn. That means you go up against a Military Court, not Scotus or Gov. judges. I would think if Military has the information and it was Treason they are done
