What difference does it make to swear them in on the steps of the Supreme Court .v. the steps of the Capitol? An oath is an oath which the Biden admin. will break anyway.

Then we will assume that the military has the info that may have been given to SCOTUS. Would it be possible for the entire Biden admin and perhaps many figures attending the inaguaration to be arrested on the spot and even tried in the same vicinity?
I would say yes, if they were involved in the fraud and treason they could be handcuffed there.. no one can tell me all this NG with weapons and shields are for a virtual inauguration. They didn't do this when blm and anitfa burned DC. there is something bigger happening
