Hubs & I made an offer on a small place on 4 acres Tuesday & it's been accepted! We will hunker down there until he retires in 2024, then sell & move further out.
We can afford it, but if the debt's erased, it'll be $99k we don't have to pay, & will lower our monthly expense.
