in Southern Ohio tonight the ice storm has large trees/timber falling all over my 122 acre farm tonight...im hearing at least 10 trees fall every 5 minutes. i cant even imagine what devastation has been done. it has to be bad for my whole county and beyond. I guess i will get some rest and hope for the best. thank goodness for the old buck wood stove!! the power went out after dinner.

we had many without power in N. Tx since early in the morning & we just got it back on. I wondered if they were transitioning systems. 🤔
Ice makes trees break and fall on power lines, also causes cars and trucks to hit the poles. With Ice the repair trucks have a much harder time to get supplies and make repairs. It all depends exactly what got damaged and where.
