SPECIAL NEEDS TRUSTS for over 65??????????
Changes in 2006 and 2016.
Seems now...over 65 are NOT free to have a Special Needs Trust.
I was just told by an attorney it is the same as GIVING the trust to the State.
REALLY???
Also told if over a certain $$ amount the Special Needs Person is FORCED to loose Insurance for some months/years.
REALLY!!!!!!

Started digging...seems it has been greatly restricted according to North Dakota.
Since the Trust is Irrevocabe... TRUST cannot be changed. The state takes funds and pools it.
SO............when these idiots are tried for TREASON does that reverse these decisions?

After not flying since
early 2021,
think it aggravated my TBI issues.
Brain swelling, memory and
sleep issues.
The stress of driving through
Memphis was beyond nuts.
Roads were terrible.

Been realizing how changed things have become. But also realized my memories are dated and the demons have been pushing these changes a long time.
I feel locked in NJ.
Not being able to get past limitations of TBI have complicated career options so too $.
I understand the TBI swelling...since I was hit in 2019 I have noticed that as well. It does improve..thinking maybe your next trip..maybe you need to allot for a bit more down time..maybe sleep an hour longer. Just a suggestion..
