Changes in 2006 and 2016.
Seems now...over 65 are NOT free to have a Special Needs Trust.
I was just told by an attorney it is the same as GIVING the trust to the State.
REALLY???
Also told if over a certain $$ amount the Special Needs Person is FORCED to loose Insurance for some months/years.

Started digging...seems it has been greatly restricted according to North Dakota.
Since the Trust is Irrevocabe... TRUST cannot be changed. The state takes funds and pools it.
SO............when these idiots are tried for TREASON does that reverse these decisions?

Reds Oranges Yellows...it went from warm to COLD..so green and brown.
Have heard of people traveling to east coast to see the trees change colors...driving east coast.
Maybe some areas got it...we didn't.
It felt so contrived.
