Changes in 2006 and 2016.
Seems now...over 65 are NOT free to have a Special Needs Trust.
I was just told by an attorney it is the same as GIVING the trust to the State.
REALLY???
Also told if over a certain $$ amount the Special Needs Person is FORCED to loose Insurance for some months/years.

Started digging...seems it has been greatly restricted according to North Dakota.
Since the Trust is Irrevocabe... TRUST cannot be changed. The state takes funds and pools it.
SO............when these idiots are tried for TREASON does that reverse these decisions?

Over 65 1st person State run Pool is mandatory. And a big emphasis is being made for Special Needs Trust to ONLY go for ONLY that person. Thinking so funds NOT stolen.
Now focus is State Trust drawn on...
And if any state can be drawn on.
SD seems to care the most about Trusts.

If any state can do Special Needs 1st person Over 65 Trust... regardless of address can it be South Dakota who cares (SD State pool.) and how will that affect being in NJ or any other state. If Texas, AZ, SD ..
