Becoming a widow, having 2 do all the jobs your husband did, whilst still trying 2 maintain the jobs you do as a mom, all because you have very little money coming in now. But also trying 2 maintain yourself in the very little time you have left in a day 4 yourself, you play catch everyday with those chores. The last couple of weeks I've sat in my little car, & cried, & cried, it was the 10th anniversary of my husband's passing, on the 1st of Oct, our daughter's 20th birthday on the 11th, 10 years after her Dad passed, & 20 days after our first family grand daughter was born, he so wished 2 survive long enough 2 see the baby being born. I live in a home I'm unable to manage, it has 3 flights of stairs, I'm selling off family stuff & decluttering the rooms of family clutter. This is heartbreaking raising a few pounds 2 an have extra few pounds, my home needs repairs I can't afford, the weight of responsibility is crushing my soul. At times I wished I wouldn't wake up from my sleep.
I hear you E.V. From your words I assume you dont have family or friends , nice neighbors, who can assist you in your tasks or financially ?

I did try to reach out to Simon as being in England himself I watched his kind words & tone, my parents cut me off during cov!d because I wouldn't take the poisons, or the forced way of being talking to hear, to be honest my children are still coming to terms with losing their Father figure, because the Dad tossed them aside for another woman. I've been their figurehead & rock. Thank you for your kind words, its just relentless, & for many around me it's the same, don't think I'm alone struggling like this, I do realise their are many like me.

At times, when my struggles become so strong, I feel the pain of losing my Mother who was with me for the past three decades. But even in those trying times, I realize that the Holy Spirit is walking this path with me. We were never promised that we would not suffer loss and defeat. But we are promised that God knows our journey's hardships and He walks each step of the way with us. May you feel the power and love of God when you are in your little car. My heart goes out to you English Viking. I have not experienced the loss of a Husband, Father, and life Partner. That is a very abrupt life shift. I want you to know that you are not alone when you cry in your little car. You are doing your very best. You are kind. You are responsible. You are showing up everyday and moving forward for yourself and the ones you love. Please be patient with yourself on the days when you find yourself in that car crying, and know that somewhere in the world, there is another woman sitting her car having the same good cry. Just very difficult at the moment, and for lots of us, it so obviously stupid what's going on and being rubbed in our faces, I feel absolutely frustrated and angry, nothing is working as it did before cov!d, back to front, and upside down, the cost of everything has gone stupid and still going up stupidly for us all. Things that where once patriotic, our poppy day, being made out as a health and safety risk to put up English flags banners and poppies to remember our Veterans!!, Local Barnsley council telling locals no poppies!!!! on lamposts. What's happened to my community, my town, my Country, it's heartbreaking, we are on our knees and still being pummelled.
