If you have the Facebook App on your phone... think about something random (don't say it, just think it)...

...an example could be... I'm hungry, I sure could do with some Mcdonalds right now...

or...

...think about a random sport that you normally have no interest in such as Basketball for example...

or...

...think about a random product you need for your house such as a New Bed or a New set of outdoor Deck Chairs.

Remember just think about it for approx 30 seconds with your phone close by, but don't say it out loud...

Then open up the Facebook app on your phone and start scrolling...

...within 5 minutes you will start to see Ads and or Posts related to the EXACT word you were THINKING about.
