When I stopped all processed food, my body began to function as though I was 30 years old instead of 80 years old. Now, I can not whirl around or run a marathon, but i have improved energy, better brain function and sleep better. I am so thankful that I made the decision to eat only natural and local food. My last annual check-up was A++ and my doctor told me not to change a thing. Thank you RFK Jr for promoting health for all Americans. MAHA is a very important part of making America great again.

That’s wonderful! Great job! So do you make everything or to you still eat canned organic things like organic tomato products? I would like to do the same and am buying local produce boxes from local farms and searching for the best local organic meats.

My grocery list only includes edible foods that are not in a box, sack, can or bottle. Only exception(s) are frozen vegetables. I purchase many of my food(s) from a local butcher shop. C&J Butcher Shop has been in business in my town for decades. They sell local dairy products such as milk with the cream still in it and free range eggs. Fresh whole chickens from local farms and all beef from grass fed stock. Fresh veggies from local farms. Much more but here is a link for their store. We are truly blessed to have this resource. Perhaps you will be able to find a similar place in your area.
