without prior notice, in midshift, to come to the main office, the director and next in line wished to speak to me. There had been no response to the email inquire regarding the Notice posting. I was informed that due to changing business needs I was being reassigned, my hours shifted from 8pm exit, to 11pm exit, carefully crafted that it would provide me opportunity to expand my skills amongst other things yada yada. I smelled BS (the HR rep was also present and I was not informed she would be prior to arriving). They inquired on how things were at the remote sight as many improvements had been in the works, the only thing that did improve was the hostility I endure. Then the Director asked about the sign. I responded I didn't know and I had asked my immediate leadership without response. I asked how he knew about it, was there a complaint....and then I knew what it was all about.
I meant the hostility DID NOT improve, it became more thickly veiled and morphed into other degrading behaviors towards me.
The population of this Nation are going to learn a terrible truth. A stunning wake up call that they can not ignore any longer. Those "co" workers are so helplessly dependent on identity (the system) that they have lost all semblance of individuality. Those are the useful idiots and the last of Ma's purge. Only when those closest and alike them begin to "disappear" will their eyes open.
Interesting turn of events for me today. I was assigned to a remote location 18 months ago as a clerk due to my high level of performance and customer service skills and also due to difficult staffing issues and personality conflicts and poor attendance issues of others staffed there. Many/most of my clients that come in are of same persuasion of current events and we have openly discussed such since being placed there. Two clerks that I overlap with are of the rainbow persuasion and have and had been part of the poor performance issues there. They never liked that I outperformed and perceived that I made them look bad and measures had been ongoing to improve their performance and customer service skills. On 9/27 a notice appeared outside the office hut providing the reporting structure to my offsite supervisory contacts. I imaged it and inquired of my leadership if there had been complaints I needed to be aware in the event I needed to correct any behaviors. Today I was summoned
