without prior notice, in midshift, to come to the main office, the director and next in line wished to speak to me. There had been no response to the email inquire regarding the Notice posting. I was informed that due to changing business needs I was being reassigned, my hours shifted from 8pm exit, to 11pm exit, carefully crafted that it would provide me opportunity to expand my skills amongst other things yada yada. I smelled BS (the HR rep was also present and I was not informed she would be prior to arriving). They inquired on how things were at the remote sight as many improvements had been in the works, the only thing that did improve was the hostility I endure. Then the Director asked about the sign. I responded I didn't know and I had asked my immediate leadership without response. I asked how he knew about it, was there a complaint....and then I knew what it was all about.
The population of this Nation are going to learn a terrible truth. A stunning wake up call that they can not ignore any longer. Those "co" workers are so helplessly dependent on identity (the system) that they have lost all semblance of individuality. Those are the useful idiots and the last of Ma's purge. Only when those closest and alike them begin to "disappear" will their eyes open.
Regrettably, those with a sense of individuality precede them in the disappearing. I am hopeful this round in history unfolds differently. The waiting for the flash point is exhausting in spite of it being imminent.
I meant the hostility DID NOT improve, it became more thickly veiled and morphed into other degrading behaviors towards me.
Someone complained that I was talking Sovereign Citizen. First I asked then how did you know about the sign? I responded, first there is no such thing, so those are someone else's words. And that the conversations are mutual and we are speaking about current events, movies with hidden meanings applicable to events. He said that I cannot discuss these things and recruit or religiously convert people. I assured that neither was the case, I asked no one to join a group or church, conversations were mutual. I was told to refrain from that speech as someone claimed offense. I agreed to comply. And here is the rub. The two I shared the office with are of the rainbow persuasion and don't like that I am there. And I am fully appreciative that this was the ruse to have me reassigned. The main office is full of liberals and more purple haired people and they speak politically all day long. So, there are going to be some anonymous claims of offense filed.
