It is true that taxes are indeed unconstitutional, but you forget, the America its citizens believe ceased to exist after the assassination of Lincoln and the crowning of Washington DC as the new capital of U.S.A Inc. When the original capital was Philadelphia. The final nail in the coffin came in 1913 and in 1973 the dream ended.
Now it is time to rebirth the Nation!

Indeed! And is is possible that the 14th Amendment United States Citizen alienated Americans from their Constitutional Rights? Who owns who? We The People do ordain and establish, creating Congress making Congress subject to the People. Congress created the 14A Citizen,,,,,soooooo, is the 14A Citizen subject to Congress? Is this the mess we find ourselves in? Is the birth certificate the contract? Can the contract be vitiated? Does this not create the perfect storm of corruption the Nation is in?

It is a possibility that 14a is the anti human amendment, the birth certificate is the bill/lien of landing for a product with the parent(s) signature forfeiting said product and most likely the true reason single parent homes are desirable, it feeds the systems, jails, drugs, and the business' of death

My friend, you are the first response to multiple postings that had eyes to see. We Thee People must always stay in honor and AS-KING the quesrions? Was Jeopardy teaching us something in plain sight? What does an answer to a court secure? What is a UCC-1 filing? Is Reservation of Rights to the Constitution preserved when applied above a signature as Without Prejudice UCC 1-308? Does this signature vitiate an unconscionable contract?

Does the surrender of goods at our birth condemn us in perpetuity? Did you place a signature on the contract? Were you given full disclosure? Did you provide unconditional informed consent? What is age of majority? (RESEARCH this one well, legal age is not lawful age) What does legal mean? What is the letter of the law? What does lawful mean? What is the spirit of the law? Is this the Spiritual war?

Yes it does since infant(s) do not have legal standing because it does not know of its rights and amendments, the (child) can not speak for itself and defence and the parent can not speak for the child because of independence, to do so is to admit the child is a ward and because the parent is ignorant of its own standing because it too has been signed away, parents has no standing, which explains as to why abortion is legal, parents sign away the Anima/Pneuma and replaced with the legal fiction aka the kid(s).

The twist here is that the parents are enslaved without knowledge (what is US citizenship, what is personhood?) so are not competent to make the Right choice/decision for the minor child.
