Step 1: make the body ALKALINE. Cancer cannot thrive in an ALKALINE ENVIRONMENT.
Step 2: Hydration with adequate amounts of ALKALINE WATER.( add lemon to water)

A Ph of between 7.0 -8.0 is a good range. 7.5 is what I try to keep personally because had breast cancer. 😇

The article I had read was talking about keeping it 8.0 for 3 or 4 days, wish I find it. Keeping it on the higher side for a few days kills off more but you don't want to keep it that high for a long period of time. It was a very interesting article.
