I am still working on it. Was taking Magnesium oxide, but then recently things changed up and I added Magnesium Glycinate, although at first it helped, but not helping. I still take the Oxide with that. Trying to find affordable solutions. Still waking up with Charlie horses almost every night. Not just waking up, but have to stand up from bed, as they do not stop.

People keep telling me to drink pickle juice for charley horses, haven't tried it yet.

I've been putting magnesium lotion on my feet before going to bed at night, helping me with sleeping.

ETA; your body will absorb as much magnesium as needed without over doing it.
