Even if you use a fluoride-free toothpaste, you are most like still being exposed to fluoride in some shape or form. If it's in your municipality's water supply, you're taking in fluoride, even if it's filtered. I did some research on water filters for pitchers, and also filters on faucets. Those filters do NOT remove fluoride. And a lot of bottled water has been third-party tested, and the results mostly showed fluoride is in that water also.

We drink turmeric tea often, this is the recipe:
Boil water and pour into a 10 oz cup
Add:
One level teaspoon of turmeric
One quarter teaspoon cinnamon
And we use Coffee-Mate Italian sweet cream to sweeten to taste.
Let set for 5 minutes
Delicious 😋

The sooner one stops consuming chemicals, stops consuming processed products the sooner one will be healthier. Chemicals trigger other stuff in a body that is just waiting to explode into health issues.
Like the jab triggering stuff already in one's body because of all the processed products ingested over the years.
I refuse to ingest
processed product.
If I do, I immediately notice bloating, headache, various reactions and my body wants it out!
Because I don't do processed products, my body sensitivity is extremely high, my senses are extremely sensitive to the surroundings that may even have chemicals in the air.
